Today, I thought I would share a couple of my pattern testers photos from “Cosette”. It’s funny how certain patterns end up with little quirks that needed to be worked out and “Cosette” was one of them. It took a little bit of time to get it just right, but I love the results after a few additional adjustments along with lots of feedback and help from my pattern testers. It was a little bit of a challenge to say the least!
First up is Aimee from Capture, Craft, and Cook:
Aimee actually made up 3 for this test (one is going to be a little bit of a surprise that you will see in a few weeks!) I think both versions turned out awesome (I love the flannel!) Again these aren’t exactly like how the final pattern turned out but pretty close (mostly the neckline and shoulders changed). Aimee rocked at getting these sewn up so quickly! You can find more details over on her blog. 🙂
Next up is Susi from the Jungle Pearl:
Susi was yet again an amazing tester! I totally lost count of how many “Rosettes” she whipped up. It was awesome because I could quickly make a few adjustments here and there and get feedback pretty quickly. All the versions were really helpful and each ended up being a different look based on the prints she chose. It’s hard to pick a favorite! (Again some of these aren’t exactly like the final pattern since they were sewn up during the testing process, but they are pretty close).
There’s round 1 of “Cosette” from a couple of my pattern testers, more tester versions to come!
