I am so excited that I finally made the time to whip up this sweatshirt/shirt over last weekend. I adore it! I have had the Linden Sweatshirt from Grainline Studio on my to sew list since it was released. So far, this is one of the comfiest shirts in my closet at the moment. I grabbed a mid-weight knit that had been sitting around in my fabric stash for some time, and I stenciled the leopard on to the shirt using a fabric marker to color in the spots. Nothing like a little leopard to brighten one’s day!
Size // 14 View B
Modifications // added 4″ in length
Fabric // a medium weight jersey knit
- How quick it came together, seriously made this in just a couple hours and it would have been less if I wouldn’t have stenciled the leopard print on the front panel.
- I love the length of the short sleeves.
- The raglan sleeves
- Really none, for the version I made except to maybe make the next size down. I have lost a lot of weight recently and my size has changed dramatically in the last couple of months. I can’t wait to make up a few later in the year to add to my autumn/winter wardrobe.
