Sugar cookies, the winners, and fun things…

Well, good morning everyone! Today, I have been baking sugar cookies and a chocolate sandcastle cake for this afternoon. I think that sugar cookies are the hardest thing to make, if anyone out there has found an awesome sugar cookie recipe will you let me know especially if it is like those Lofthouse ones they sell in the grocery store in all their cakey frosted up glory!  Anyways, I did want to let everyone know that June 11, I will be posting a free pattern/tutorial on simple shorts for children sizes 2T-6. They are the ones I made for Xavier a couple weeks ago and they have an optional outside pocket. They will work for boys or girls and don't take to long to whip up! I also plan to have another giveaways sometime in the next month-month and a half. So stay tuned for that!

Now, on to what you all have been waiting for: The Giveaway Winners

  1. I received the prize #2 package yesterday. Thanks so much! The covered buttons are great – even cuter than in the photo. I havent figured out what I will use the fabric for yet. I have about 6 works-in-progress to deal w/ first :-).Thanks again!
